Aluform Pekintaş, in its capacity as Data Controller, conducts the necessary processes to ensure that data subjects are informed at the stage of personal data collection, in compliance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The “Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy” prepared by Aluform Pekintaş and the disclosure statements provided to data subjects contain detailed information regarding the company’s official title, the purposes for which the company will process data subjects’ personal data, the recipients and purposes of any data transfers, the methods and legal grounds for personal data collection, and the rights of the data subjects.

Aluform Pekintaş processes the personal data of natural persons, including company employees, job applicants, interns, suppliers, supplier employees, subcontractors, subcontractor employees, third parties, and visitors, whether processed automatically or through non-automatic means as part of any data recording system, in a manner that is lawful and in accordance with principles of honesty, accurate and updated when necessary, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and in a way that is relevant, limited, and proportional to the purpose. In this context, the company implements all necessary administrative and technical measures.

Within this scope, Aluform Pekintaş A.Ş. processes personal data for purposes such as conducting corporate sustainability activities, managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, carrying out personnel recruitment processes, performing internal audit and legal activities, executing corporate governance and communication activities, managing requests and complaints, providing information to authorized persons or institutions as required by legislation, and creating and monitoring visitor records. During these processing activities, if any of the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698 are not met, explicit consent is obtained from the data subjects.

Aluform Pekintaş A.Ş., in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Article 8 of Law No. 6698 and by taking the necessary security measures, transfers the general and sensitive personal data of data subjects to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations. Aluform Pekintaş A.Ş. does not transfer personal data abroad.

Data subjects whose personal data is obtained by Aluform Pekintaş A.Ş. have the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698: to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698, to object to any outcome arising against them from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation in case of damage resulting from the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data subjects who wish to exercise the rights listed above can contact our company using the “Application Form” available on the company’s website at http://www.aluform.com.tr and the methods specified in that form. Aluform Pekintaş A.Ş. will respond to a properly submitted application by the data subject within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
