While similar production volumes in the industry are often managed through multiple machines, we plan and achieve the same scale through one powerful production line. This approach enables us to maintain clear control over every stage of manufacturing and eliminate inconsistencies in quality between different production batches.

Product Range

The main products manufactured at the Düzce facility include:

Roof panels: PIR- and PUR-insulated Alutherm, Platinum and Interpanel series; mineral wool-insulated Alurockwool series; membrane-coated panels and special applications with perforated surfaces.

Wall panels: PUR-insulated interlocking systems and concealed-fixing systems, as well as the mineral wool-insulated Alurockwool Secretfix series.

Cold storage panels: Eurocold series, available in panel thicknesses ranging from 60 mm to 200 mm.

Trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles: Aluform 20/96, 29/124, 45/150, 55/177 and 80/210 series for single-skin roof and wall cladding applications.
